Your team's daily report now covers ChatGPT and Gemini
Your team's daily email report now covers ChatGPT and Gemini as well as Claude.
What is it?
The email report team admins get every morning. Turn it on or off under Daily email report in the team dashboard settings.
Why the change?
Until now the report showed Claude only, so members who use only ChatGPT or Gemini showed up as having no data. It was also full of rankings and charts, which made today's to-dos hard to spot. Now every service sits in one table, and what needs attention comes first.
What's new?
- A count of items to review at the top — or "Nothing needs attention".
- Services: active members, paid seats and members near their limit for Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini.
- Alerts: members near their limit, members with no data for 24h+, unused paid seats, and seats worth moving to a lower plan — each tagged with the service and group.
- Teams with no data for 7 days get a weekly notice, not a daily email.
- Rankings and trends are a click away on the team dashboard (button at the bottom of the email).
