Insights Menu is Now Open
Community Insights at a Glance
A brand-new Insights page is now available, showing usage patterns and trends across the Claude Tuner community. Access it from the "Insights" tab in the dashboard navigation bar.
Key Features
- Plan Distribution — Donut chart showing user breakdown by plan (Free, Pro, Max, Team, Enterprise)
- Utilization Distribution — Histogram of users by their 7-day peak utilization rate
- Plan Statistics — Compare average utilization, estimated tokens, and active users across plans
- Top 10 Token Users — Leaderboard of highest token consumers (names masked for privacy)
- Top 10 Orgs by Per-Member Tokens — Team-level usage efficiency comparison
- Training Data Sharing — Breakdown of Claude training data opt-in rates
- Hourly Activity Pattern — 24-hour view of active users and average utilization
- 30-Day Trend — Track active users, utilization, and new sign-ups over time
Privacy
- User names are masked as "#1234" identifiers.
- Email addresses are never displayed.
- Token counts are utilization-based estimates and may differ from actual usage.
All charts support PNG/CSV export. Use the date range picker (Yesterday, 7 days, 14 days) to view data for your preferred time range.
