Monthly Token Ranking tab added to Team Dashboard
Why did we build this?
NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang said he'd be "deeply alarmed" if a $500K engineer doesn't consume $250K worth of AI tokens annually, and announced plans to allocate roughly $2 billion per year in token budgets for NVIDIA's engineering team. He also emphasized: "It is unlikely most people will lose a job to AI. It is most likely that most people will lose their job to somebody who uses AI."
Of course, using more tokens doesn't automatically guarantee productivity gains — studies show over 80% of companies using AI have yet to see measurable productivity benefits. But without using tokens at all, there's no opportunity to improve.
In the era of AX (AI Transformation), actively using AI is not a sufficient condition for productivity growth, but it is a necessary one. With that in mind, we built a tab that transparently shows your organization's token usage on a monthly basis.

When to use it
- End-of-month reviews to quickly assess Claude adoption per member
- Tracking month-over-month changes in usage patterns
- Comparing usage across teams — assign groups in Team Settings, then use the group filter to view rankings for specific teams (Sales, Engineering, Infrastructure, etc.)
- Identifying teams with low AI adoption to provide training or onboarding support
