Rate Limit After Claude.ai Outage
Since the Claude.ai outage on 3/2 (Mon), API rate limiting has been occurring intermittently. This appears to be an infrastructure issue during Claude.ai's recovery process. Data collection may fail during this period, but it will automatically resume on the next collection cycle once the rate limit is lifted. No action is required on your part.
This is a Claude.ai server-side restriction, not a Claude Tuner issue. Normal collection will resume once their service stabilizes.
